DelX emerged from the union of the companies DelPupo Unique Homes and Alx Construction, two companies specialized in building luxury homes.

DelPupo brings the expertise of its founder Eduardo Delpupo in the construction and sale of high-end homes, primarily in the Bella Collina community, FL. In addition to being the founder of several successful companies in the scene, such as Del Living, Del Seven, and Del3c Group.  

ALX, in turn, brings the experience of Gilberto Aleixo and Elthon Pacheco in the construction of apartments, houses, villas, and buildings in different parts of the world, starting its history in Brazil, in the most luxurious condominium in the country, Fazenda Boa Vista. It then continued its story in England with dozens of projects and renovations, ultimately arriving in the United States with large projects in the New Hampshire area and the construction of homes in Port Charlotte.
